Thank you for your purchase I hope you love your items as much as I do!!!! RETURN POLICY: All Sales are final no refunds shops credit or exchanges only. Customer pays shipping both ways . Your exchange must be initiated by emailing me at rachelanntrendzco@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If it’s a Preorder item all sales are FINAL Items must be in new condition . Not worn tags still attached. If an item end with .99 they are FINAL sale. Returns after 10 days will not be accepted. Thank you

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
